男，出生日期：1992年10月，籍贯河南省正阳县，中共党员，工商管理博士。
主要经历
2011年9月-2015年7月，郑州大学体育学院，运动训练专业，教育学学士学位。
2015年11月-2017年11月，泰国正大管理学院，工商管理专业，硕士学位。
2018年01月-2022年12月，泰国正大管理学院，工商管理专业，博士学位。
2023年05月-至今，桂林航天工业学院，管理学院，人力资源专任教师。
研究方向
文化创意产业；胜任力模型开发与应用；企业经营；组织文化。
